Welcome to DOTnow. By accessing or using our FMCSA carrier intelligence platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the service.

Service description

DOTnow provides access to federal FMCSA carrier registration data — including new authority filings, carrier contact information, fleet data, and estimated insurance renewal dates — through a web-based dashboard. The service is a subscription to live federal data, not a lead marketplace.

Account terms

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. One person per account — accounts are not to be shared across multiple users without an appropriate multi-user plan.

Billing and cancellation

Free trials convert to paid subscriptions automatically after the trial period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your access continues through the end of the current billing period — no refunds for partial periods. All fees are in USD and processed through Stripe.

Data usage

The carrier data displayed in DOTnow originates from public FMCSA records. DOTnow does not claim ownership of this underlying federal data. You may use the data for your own commercial prospecting purposes. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute the data as a competing service.

Limitation of liability

DOTnow is provided as-is. While we strive for accuracy and freshness in the carrier data, we make no guarantees about the completeness or accuracy of individual records, which originate from government sources beyond our control.
