We collect the information you provide when creating an account — name, email address, and payment details processed securely through Stripe. We also collect standard web analytics (page views, feature usage) to improve the product. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

How we use your information

Your account information is used to provide and maintain the DOTnow service, process payments, communicate about your account (trial status, billing, product updates), and respond to support requests. Usage analytics help us understand which features agents use most so we can improve them.

Data security

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS) for all data in transit. Payment processing is handled by Stripe — DOTnow never stores your full credit card number. Account access is protected by secure authentication through Supabase Auth.
