Refund policy

DOTnow subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis. Here is how cancellations and refunds work.

Free trial

Your 7-day free trial is completely free. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are never charged. No exceptions — the trial is designed to let you evaluate the service risk-free.

Monthly subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain full access until that date. We do not provide partial-month refunds.

Annual subscriptions

Annual subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current annual period. Annual subscriptions include a discount over monthly pricing and are non-refundable for the remaining portion of the year after the initial 7-day period.

How to cancel

Log into your DOTnow dashboard, go to Settings, and click Cancel Subscription. You will receive an email confirmation. No phone call required. If you have trouble cancelling, contact us through the contact page and we will process it for you within one business day.
